What is carpet and floor protective film?

It is a self-adhesive PE protective film designed to protect carpet and floor surfaces during interior decoration, renovation and moving, keeping surfaces safe from pollution, damage, UV corrosion and fire risk.

What bonding strength is available?

Bonding strength ranges from 300 to 1200 g/25mm, so you can select the appropriate adhesion level for delicate carpet, laminate, vinyl or tile surfaces.

What thicknesses are available?

Available thicknesses are 0.06mm, 0.07mm and 0.08mm to balance protection strength and easy removal.

What colors are available?

We offer PE transparent film and PE blue film, allowing you to choose visible protection or a clearer finish depending on the job site.

Where is it commonly used?

It is typically applied on carpet surface protection during interior decoration, and on floor surfaces during renovation to prevent scratches, paint splashes, dust and heavy traffic damage.

Can the size be customized?

Will carpet protection film leave adhesive residue?

Quality film with correctly matched low-tack adhesive removes cleanly without residue when applied within the recommended period. Residue usually signals too-strong adhesion, over-long dwell, or heat and UV exposure beyond the film’s rating.

How long can carpet protection film stay on?

Can the same film protect carpet and wooden floors?

Not ideally. Carpets need low-tack adhesive to avoid fiber damage, while polished wood floors also need lower adhesion. Use surface-matched films to avoid residue and damage.
