Getting an accurate PE shrink film quote is faster when you provide the right information upfront. Here is the complete checklist.
Essential Information
1. Film Thickness

2. Film Width
The layflat width of the film roll, in mm or inches.
3. Roll Length
How many meters (or feet) per roll? Longer rolls mean fewer changeovers.
4. Film Type
- Single wound — film comes off one side of the roll
- Center-folded — film is folded in half, used for overwrap packaging
- Tubular — continuous tube, used for bag-style packaging
5. Core Size
Standard is 3 inch (76 mm). Some machines use 2 inch or 6 inch cores.
6. Application
What are you packing?
- Bottled water / beverages
- Food cartons / trays

10. Monthly Quantity
How many kg or rolls per month? This determines pricing tier.
11. Destination Port / Country
For accurate shipping quote:
- FOB Shanghai / Ningbo?

What If You Do Not Know All Specs?
That is fine. You can tell us:

- Packaging machine brand and model
We will recommend a specification and send a sample for testing.
